Can I pay in person or is online booking always mandatory?
Reservations are not required. You can access our store at any time and you can pay at the store by either cash or credit card.

Does the price vary depending on the size of the luggage?
Yes. At our store there are only two rates, for small luggage and large luggage as described in the page dedicated to rates.

Hourly or daily rates?
Rates are calculated daily (from 8.30 to 20.00). If you decide to pick up your bags after 7:30 pm you will have to pick up your bags the next day and pay an additional day.

Can I trust The Golden Luggage?
Of course you can! Our service has been used and enjoyed by thousands of customers.

I booked the service but no longer need it, can I request a refund?
Reservations are non-refundable.

If I need to drop off both a large suitcase and a bag, do I need to make a reservation for 2 items?
Yes, any luggage, regardless of size, must be included in your online reservation.
In case you have one or more pieces of luggage that are not included in the reservation you can make the integration to the reservation in our store.

I have not received any confirmation email. Where can I find information about my reservation?
You can always contact us to confirm your reservation.

If I cancel the reservation do I get a refund?
Request for refund of a reservation, will be accepted only if the cancellation arrives within 24 hours prior to the reservation.
